The SIR is honored to have won first place in the 2021 Bilan Prize for the Best Employer in French-speaking Switzerland, for the 3e consecutive year, in the mid-size business category. Out of a large number of participants, the CRS stands out with 629 points, in particular thanks to its remuneration policy as well as the development and training offered to employees. The awards ceremony took place in small groups as well as by video conference, Tuesday April 27, 2021. Thanks to Bilan for organizing this event!
