Bilan magazine, a Swiss reference in the economy, has established a detailed ranking of the best employers in French-speaking Switzerland. The SIR stands out clearly and ranks first in its category with 659 points, in particular because of the various measures undertaken for the well-being of its employees. Obtaining the Fair On Pay label certifying that the SIR practices pay equity was a predominant criterion.
