SIR Académie, professional training for and by professionals
The success of our company owes a lot to our ability to pass on our knowledge. Since its creation, SIR SA has always had the primary vocation of strengthening and developing the level of acquisition and skills of its employees.
In 2015, SIR SA officially opened its SIR Academy, a skills center where specialists provide their experience, knowledge and passion to provide everyone with access to excellence.
We offer a complete and varied program, whether for initial training, continuing training and specific training for security guards (legal bases, Concordat, first aid, firefighting, aggression management, weapons , etc.). The SIR Academy also prepares for the Federal Certificate of Professional Security Agent and offers tailor-made training to any public and private organization and / or company.
For all the courses it provides, the SIR Académie has obtained the Swiss label eduQua as well as the international standard ISO21001 which certify the quality of its teaching. In 2019, the SIR also obtains the label SRC for its BLS-AED certifying training courses.

SIR trainers are accredited by the cantonal police as a security agent, in accordance with the Concordat on security companies, approved by the Federal Department of Justice and Police. Some of our trainers have also followed the training courses which lead to the federal adult trainer certificate and have obtained the FSEA certificate.
The SIR, as a training security company, rich in its experience and know-how, is able to organize externally to its own structure, internships and professional training courses with other companies and companies, whose personnel are active in the fields of security.
