“Partner Employer” label

In 2024, SIR obtains the “partner employer” label symbolizing our commitment to firefighters. 
This commitment is sealed through the signing of an employer charter.

By signing it, SIR undertakes to release its administrative employees who are part of a Vaudois volunteer fire brigade from their professional obligations in the event of an emergency or exercise, according to terms defined bilaterally between the firefighters and their hierarchies.

The label, awarded by the ECA, thus testifies to our participation in perpetuating the organization of fire defense and rescue which relies essentially on the militia system thus representing 98% of voluntary responders more particularly for the benefit from the Gland barracks.
